The worst experience I have had in a long time! Very disrespectful, false advertisement on sale items, and highly arrogant in stating the 2 for 3 had been mispriced and if I don't like it, he didn't have to ring up my order. I have taken photos of the employee, as well as the sale marketing stating the 2 for 3 on 7up & orange soda. I hope my issue can be addressed, If not I will reach out to the better business bureau to have this location looked into.

New Review Comment For Date Sept.3,2024 I have tried to attach falsified pricing under this company as I had taken photos of two different charges for the same item in which case was displayed to the public. The item price was not honored & it shows how disgraceful this location truly is.. This store location makes it's own overpriced charges on numerous items which vary from other 711 locations. Horrific experience & I plan to report this company immediately.

It is unsafe. When I pulled in, a violent drunk purposely blocked in another car and was threatening these people at random. He said he had a gun. I went in to tell the worker and he literally laughed about it, and did nothing. They refuse to let the public access any bathrooms, which I believe is unlawful/not to code because such businesses are required to have public bathrooms. The place is filthy. The worker behind the counter follows you from isle to isle to make sure you're not a thief. There's nothing good about this location.

Very rude service they don’t even acknowledge you when you are buying from them. They just continue their conversations. It’s like you can’t even ask them a dam question. Very very rude. I guess they think they can just treat certain kinds of people any type of way (I’m Black btw. I only mention that because I see there are other comments about how they treat Black people unfortunately) It’s so disgusting. I genuinely don’t understand why this horrible customer service is always the standard at gas stations and 7/11s. They have no respect for other human beings!!

This location specifically night shift does not add your points. I think the guy behind the counter deletes after you type in your phone number. I have noticed this and will escalate to corporate.

Not bad, I'm thankful I didn't have the experience many others posted on. I knocked off 2 stars mostly due to cleanliness and cross contamination. The food was handled without gloves, by the same person also managing the register. I only hope I just happened to have looked away while they washed their hands because I personally didn't see it. Other that the worker was really friendly from my personal experience.

First off I purchased a gallon a milk...got into my car and realized it had expired that same day! I went back in to get a refund or replacement and got attitude and was told by the clerk "What do you want me to do about it?"
My husband later to purchase some 2 liters that were buy one get one free and was charged full price for both. NOW I went to purchase cigarettes and there was a one dollar off refund and they would not honor the coupon on the packaging. I noticed while handling packaging their premade food in their prep area that they do not wear plastic gloves or hair net. ewww

I have been coming to this 7-11 for over a 2yrs. Conveniently located. Today my 9 yr old son and I walked in as usually. I Get to the checkout this cashier...he had the balls to ask me "If my son paying for the hat or did he bring it in?" Keep in mind it's cold outside we walked in with coats and hats. People's in the store were wearing coats and hats. I told him sorry but we brought this hat at another store not here. I told him to stop stereotyping...That's Racism! Iam not going to jail for a hat!! We have been coming to this over price store for 2yrs. Unbelievable! I am so done with people like this!
