Chambre démodée, petite télévision. Tuile de chambre de bain pleine de résidu de savon. Personnel gentil mais pas très engagé à être très accommodant .

I've stayed here quite a few times & never had a bad experience, but the most recent stay was even better!
My room was a newly renovated suite.
I can't say enough good things about the renovation. They completely gutted the room, every detail was new. Wood floors, with minimal carpeting just around the bed to keep your feet warm when you get up in the morning.
The rooms are now bright and modern, everything feels so clean and fresh!

The location is great, with everything you might need within walking distance.
Service was wonderful, the staff are attentive and caring.

I booked three rooms For The length of 10 days for out Of town guests for my brother‘s wedding. Upon booking, the front desk service was absolutely amazing, We requested to see the rooms prior to booking just to make sure that these rooms would be something that our guests enjoyed! The front desk staff did not hesitate in showing us the rooms, and I was quite surprised as the rooms were very clean, Well kept and spacious!

The hotel is decent but if you are a business traveller sho relies on good wifi, don’t stay here. Their wifi is totally unreliable. The access cars to my room are constantly failing too.

Upon checking in, there were extremely dirty towels in the bathroom (photos). This concerned me and I wondered if the sheets had actually been changed prior to my check-in. They were unable to give me another room. I contacted the hotel and filled out feedback. The response was that they would address the issue internally. Nothing was ever done to rectify the situation and after sending four emails, I still received no response

I stay here often and I always feel welcomed and everything is always very clean. Nik and Sidharth and the whole staff are always super friendly, helpful and accommodating.
