Absolutely fabulous. I cannot recommend enough. From the minute you walk in you start to relax. You’re treated like family and nothing is too much trouble. I was told about this by a friend and now I’ve joined the float family.
The facilities are spotlessly clean and even the scent as you walk in makes you start to destress. Lovely touch with the sliders too.
The tea and ice cold water waiting for you gives it a lovely homely feel too.
All the staff are lovely. You won’t regret booking in here. ❤️?✨⭐️

What a brilliant relaxing experience. This is my 2nd visit, and I will definitely return. Pod is in a room with shower (wet room) you can hire a towel or bring your own. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel all available. Earplugs also supplied.
I feel so chilled and relaxed after the float, lovely wee herbal tea and glass of water waiting for you in the relax room.
Pamper room has hairdryer, straighteners, deodorant and cotton buds.

Looking forward to next visit and trying the fire and ice experience.

Absolutely outstanding experience! We booked a couples float whilst on a short visit to the area. It was the most relaxing experience we have done from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave. The staff are so helpful and attentive. From the atmosphere to the decor, the sounds, the smells, it was just amazing. Would totally recommend a visit if you are in the area. Just perfect!!

I had an amazing time at the Float Centre. First of all, the experience is very reasonably priced considering what is included in a float session. There is limited car parking spaces outside the front but I managed to get a space no bother. The reception area is immaculate, smells amazing and you are welcomed by one of the amazing team members right away. The experience is total luxury from start to finish. There is a waterfall shower with unique soaps, the mood lighting and calming music calms you down before you even enter the tank. You have the option of having the lights and music on or off for the experience but I chose, and would recommend, 5 minutes at the start and 5 minutes at the end so you waken yourself up more gently. The head rest halo is a god send and helps you relax your neck with ease. After a while, I couldn't feel the water or my arms and I woke myself up snoring at one point ! The aftercare for the experience is great too as you can do your hair/ make up in a communal area with Dyson hairdryers and ghds. You then get a nice cup of water to rehydrate and a cup of tea in the fancy pod chairs :). I genuinely had a great time and will definitely do it again.

If I was to go again, I would buy the better ear plugs from reception as I ended up with water in my ears for days after. I would also get in the pod quicker as there isn't really a clear 'start' to the experience.

I got a FLOAT Therapy voucher for Christmas and used it today. I was impressed with the facility and treatments on offer. The Float Therapy was extremely relaxing and I left feeling refreshed. Customer service provided by Caitlin on the day was brilliant. I’ll likely be back myself and make use of the gift vouchers available.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I went to Bathgate especially to try this place after hearing so much about it. What a pleasant surprise it was.
Floatation tanks are so relaxing. I ended up spending 2 hours and came out so chilled and relaxed.
Clean and they have the best quality products (sea kelp shampoo, creams etc).
Member of staff was so helpful and explained the experience before going in then checked up on me afterwards. Ended the session with a nice cup of herbal tea.
Highly recommended.
