What an amazing experience I had attending Jim's Friday night in, definitely be back. Jim is very inspirational and in a long time I actually feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel ! I first met Jim back in 2021 when I did
My first breathe believe, I was blown away at the power of the breathing techniques and guidance of getting into the cold water. I’ve now done many of these. I also have done a one to one session with Jim, after 15 years of living with an auto immune disease endometriosis, I have healed the trauma in my body with my daily commitment to meditation and breath work. I’ve pain free for nearly a year! Absolute life changing for me. His teachings are so simple but have a profound impact on my life.
I’m now part of the programme, it’s great to have the guidance and wisdom from Jim every week including live zoom calls, where we chat, do breath work leading onto meditations. This man has changed so much in my life. I will be forever grateful for this. I’m still on my journey and excited to

The breathwork workshop was an amazing experience that profoundly connected me to the other participants through a shared consciousness. The instructor was down to earth and incredibly engaging, creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. The techniques were clearly explained, allowing us to fully immerse in the process. I highly recommended for anyone seeking deeper connection with consciousness and the universe.

This was my first experience in the comfort of my own home, and my 2nd on the journey having taken part at Broughty Ferry beach back in June. I was taken back at how emotional I felt last night, I obviously have a few demons lurking around and I felt a sense of offloading during the session.
