This bath and body works is amazing! The people that work here are super amazing and super helpful. When Vanessa helped me at the register she was fast checkout but did not feel rushed, she was very friendly, kind, helpful. She also helped me another time in finding some candles and lotions, she knows the product very well, she helped me find a great gift for a very picky person, I’m grateful that I waited in line outside and had her help me. She has a very loving and happy personality, love her. Cassie is a sweetheart, and very helpful another of my favorite people that work there. Maddie always finds what what her customers needs, Jennifer is wonderful & it’s a joy to talk to, Emmie has amazing customer service and very knowledgeable of her products, the guys that work there are SO helpful and so knowledgeable about the product, I was impressed, specially Will. Overall this store has it all, it makes my shopping experience fun! I love going to this BB&W!!! Only thing is a little small, and it’s always full, but then again it’s BB&W come on what can you expect?! It’s always full cause the service is great and always in stock.

With the holidays the company has been having promotions after promotions and every time I come into the store, the staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Everyone is happy and smiling, which can be hard during this time of year so I very much appreciate the cheerfulness of the staff. Between the candle sale and the body care sale, I have experience nothing but great customer service from Cassie, Maddie A., Alondra, and Alana. In which, I have to give much kudos and praise to their manager, Karla. She has great energy and keeps the vibes going for the customers and her team. I recommend this store of all the others I’ve gone to and can’t praise it enough! Thank you!

I would like to say that I truly love coming to this Bath & Body Works. First,for it's location being closer to home. Second, the whole staff . They are so attentive, professional & knowledgeable. The moment you come through those doors, you feel welcome. I would rate this store #1 of all Central Florida Locations. You guys are the best.

I visited the store at The Loop recently. My only disappointment was that the GPS took me to the wrong location. I called for directions and the staff that answered the phone was very helpful. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted and offered help. The staff were very professional and courteous. The customer service is always A+ at B&BW. I was there to pick up my online order which the staff that assisted me when I walked in got ready for me as I looked around for a few more items. All in all the staff were very patient with me especially as I looked for a reward received. In the end I walked out a satisfied customer. Love the products, they never disappoint. Also love the idea of earning points and rewards which translate into free products.

Lots and lots of choice and my wife's absolute must visit store. Friendly and helpful service with a smile. Creams, room sprays and candles . As well as after shaves and perfumes etc..... Always a good idea to check for snap sales . We did and today got candles for buy 2 get 2 free. The Halloween range is new in store and has some great new options. Not to be missed.
