Bell tire maintained a very friendly and professional demeanor. Customer service and communication was excellent. Comfortable waiting are with nice amenities. The service manager and the mechanic took time on multiple occasions to update me on progress, information and proposed services. Excellent experience with the same standard of excellence that I have come to expect with Belle tire in Shorewood. Excellent results even when correcting "competitive companies" errors. They will continue to service all 3 of my vehicles with their offered services.

Excellent customer service!! My friend is a car body man and he knows cars. He said the info they gave me and the tires I got are exactly what i needed at a decent price. No up- selling. If you day no to something there is no pressure. They checking my alignment for free and said it was fine..... they could have charged me for the work but they were honest and I wouldn't have known the difference.

I will never use Belle tire again! I’m very disappointed about my experience with belle tire. on 10/30/23 I purchased set of new tires for my van (ford transit 250) after few weeks I noticed that one tire it started to cheep away small pieces from the tread all tire around! I went back to the store to show them and find a solution because the tire is almost new and still have a lot of manufacture warranty!
The manager and sales person ignored me totally telling me I have to by new tire because it is not covered by warranty(manufacture defects) they didn’t even removed the tire to inspect it!
The day I purchased the tires sale person never asked me about tire protection plan (now they said that I declined protection plan , the reason they don’t cover or replace the tire) , the most unprofessional experience I had !

I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful for wonderful service. Twice in a week the rear driver tire had been low on air. At this point, I figured it was either a nail or we needed a new tire. I was dreading hearing that we needed a new tire and suspicious if it would just be a gimmick to spend money, especially if it could be patched. I was having a rough day with our family being sick and some financial hiccups. After about 15 minutes, the gentleman came back and said it was a nail and that it had already been fixed. I asked him how much I owed and he said zero. Their honesty, not to mention generosity, was very much appreciated, and I look forward to going back to any tire needs arise. Thank you Belle Tire!

Had a great first experience but my second was not so much. I had to come in for a second appointment due to not having a tire in stock, so I made the appointment for 1 tire install witch is no big deal. My appointment was at 12, I arrived at 11:30. They didn’t even take my car back untill sometime around 1ish. I was there for at least 2 hours for a tire change. I understand things get busy but people who came in after me were getting serviced before me. There time estimates were not accurate. I enjoy the service quality and staff but the wait time/ communication is not great.

Belle Tire in Shorewood Illinois is fantastic shop. The Manager Rich Calandra is very helpful and has lots of experience in Automotive needs. And his staff members are exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful when your trying to select the correct tires for your vehicle. They provide you a choice of different types and find the correct tire for your vehicle driving needs. They also offer great deals, and the best prices and rebates when available. They don't just sell tires, they provide a complete package from installing the tires, to flat repair and tire rotation at no cost when you purchase tires from them. I highly recommend Belle Tire in Shorewood Illinois.

I am a caregiver and was taking a patient to an appointment. I realized the tire light was on and I stopped at Belle Tire in Shorewood, Illinois. Nicko was at the desk and I'm sure he noticed my uniform. He said he would fill it himself. He did and checked the car . He was just super kind and professional.
