I recently booked a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Shannon, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing massage I’ve ever received. While Shannon was polite and pleasant, the quality of the massage was far below expectations.

The session started six minutes late and ended roughly five to seven minutes early. Throughout the entire massage, Shannon remained seated, which limited her ability to apply any real pressure or technique. The strokes were repetitive, overly light, and lacked any meaningful variation or therapeutic impact. It felt more like slow, aimless rubbing rather than a structured deep tissue massage.

What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the frequent use of her fingernails. Not only was this unpleasant—it bordered on painful at times—but it also made me question hygiene and technique standards. If fingertips are part of the routine, nails should be trimmed appropriately.

Despite clearly explaining that I needed focus on my lower back, the attention to this area was minimal and ineffective. I left the clinic feeling just as tense and sore as when I arrived—if not more frustrated.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when the individual is kind, but potential clients deserve to know the quality of service they can expect. I would not recommend this therapist for anyone genuinely seeking relief or professional deep tissue treatment.

I had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Dana and Renee, and each brought something unique and wonderful to the experience.

Dana delivered an incredible deep tissue massage — her technique, pressure, and attention to problem areas were spot on. I felt so much relief and release after the session.

Renee created a beautifully relaxing atmosphere with her calming style and the perfect use of hot towels. It was a deeply soothing experience that left me feeling refreshed and cared for.

Both are truly talented in their own ways — Dana for deep therapeutic work, and Renee for pure relaxation. Highly recommend them both!

Not great experience..
don’t book with Shannon. She is lovely and has a great personality but not in massage.
I was supposed to start 3:45 to 4:45
I started late and ended 10 minutes earlier. Not good at all.
I don’t believe i got deep tissue massage for lower body and shoulders, but maybe Swedish relaxing massage.. no enough pressure at all. I may come back later to try different masseur but definitely don’t go with Shannon.
Don’t do the massage while you set on a chair, you will lose all the power you have by setting down on your butt. Awful and felt like I got scammed from a place which supposed to be good 👎🏼

From the time I entered to the time I left it has been a very satisfactory experience. Shannon did an excellent massage. She really worked on my lower back due to a previous incident I had that affected my lumbar spine. It was that nice soothing stroke that helped ease and relax my back. We were able to have some conversation which I really didn’t mind rather enjoyed it. Before leaving she even shared with me an exercise that will help with my back. I love the calming ambiance of the room and the relaxing music playing on the background.
She also made the transaction easy peasy for the health insurance coverage I have. I will be scheduling my next massage with them. That’s for sure!

I feel compelled to give a review for a Good service that I received. It’s Mary Fecteau, She is the most amazing massage therapist. I recommend her a 100%.
She is great at releasing pressure off the tender spots. Her bedside etiquettes are commendable. I recommend her to family and friends.

I booked my massage today at 6:00 pm.
I went there at 6:05 no body opened the door and answered the call .i left the voicemail as well that i m waiting outside. Some girl comes and say oh we don’t open the doors when we re doing the treatment. Ridiculous when i am having the appointment why there was nobody. I had my massage booked with the guy nd instead of saying sorry he said since you were late so i left at 6:12 outside.
I don’t very very irresponsible behaviour .
He didn’t apologized me and have took me for the massage but no he is saying agin n again oh you were late I can’t take you in now . Do you want to rebook .
No one is gonna come here again.
Hey so after this scenario the owner called me and apologized for the behaviour her employees did to me . She also told me come for the body massage that is booked with her. So I went yesterday,got the massage done. It was 💯 amazing loved it . I never had this kind of massage before. All good with me .I am happy and relaxed. Good luck in your business dear.

The space and atmosphere is very beautiful and calming.

The whole team is very nice and welcoming. Simpling walking in is paradise.

I've gotten lots of relief and stress away from these treatments. I've seen Skye who is amazing. She goes over everything I feel I need done for the appointment and makes the transaction easy.

This has to be the best clinic in Windsor.
