Title: Disorganized and Unfair Workplace
I have had an extremely disappointing experience working with Call 2 Connect. One of the major issues is the lack of a fixed schedule for lunch and log-out times. Employees are often left confused and frustrated, not knowing when they will be able to take a break or end their shift.
Moreover, the management at Call 2 Connect, especially within the SBI department, is very poor. Communication is lacking, and there is little to no support for employees. Decisions are often made without considering the impact on the staff, leading to a chaotic and stressful work environment. The management under dhananjay belhekar is particularly ineffective, further exacerbating the problems within the company. Additionally, Team leader Aman is very adept at manipulating creating an environment of distrust and dissatisfaction.
Overall, I would not recommend Call 2 Connect to anyone seeking a stable and supportive workplace. The company's disorganization and poor management make it a challenging and unpleasant place to work.

I was asked to give interview and also cleared my 1st round of interview after waiting for 3hr. In my 1st round of interview hr clearly saw my resume of me being a fresher still he selected me and asked me to wait for the 2nd round of interview. I waited for 2hr more for my 2nd round and the hr there was not physically present for the 2nd round she was on VC and said no freshers are not allowed. I was
frustrated with this behavior like if freshers are not allowed then Y did you selected the candidates in 1st round.
