Exceptional customer service. Despite running late, the girls were very accommodating. Spotlessly clean premises. The floatation experience was well received. Not quite brave enough to go all the way in the ice bath, maybe next time. The infrared sauna was also very good. There is plenty of space to relax and get changed. Managed to get parked at the train station, which is a 2 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend it.

First time trying this. Girl was lovely gave lots of information. Facilities were good and clean. My only concern was that there had been clients in before me and I could be wrong but I don’t think the water in the pod or ice bath had been changed. There could be a reason for this. My pod experience was ok I personally would have liked the water temperature to be hotter I felt cold at times. Enjoyed the sauna but again could have done with it being hotter. The ice bath was amazing. Was provided with footwear, towel, ear plugs and water. Will maybe try again for a different experience. Only other issue was parking. Park and ride Car park was full. Thank you

I got brought here as a birthday gift. Amazing customer service. The girl was lovely. Really accommodating and kind.

Sauna:
Nice heat, not too over powering and plenty for me- however, the cleanliness inside wasn't the best.

Pod:
You can still see light, there wasn't the best or smells in there and a little cold. Really did ruin the zen experience.

Shower-
I have no idea why you need a cold shower when there is an ice bath.
I couldn't was properly after the pod which left me covered in salt as it was so cold.

Ice bath-
I genuinely couldn't go in it. I've been sea swimming etc and I struggled to even put my hand in there.

However, I liked the zen of the place and how you had it all to yourself. But sadly the cleanliness was a big thing for me.

Fab experience! Thoroughly enjoyed each element of the float, fire and ice. Could have stayed in the float bath all day! Proud of myself for managing the ice bath as have never done it before. Left feeling so calm and relaxed. Highly recommend if you want to escape the business of life and to just reset the body and mind. Already looking forward to coming back 🙂 thank you

I was kinda skeptical but it was really good. The sauna is ok.. not super hot (but I do like a real hot sauna). The floatation tank is really great. The cold plunge is also properly cold which is great. I’ve done other cold plunges which were just tepid but this is the proper thing. Showers not the best would be my only negative feedback.

The float tank is lovely and the staff were extremely friendly, but the facilities are lacking and not reflective of the price.
No towels provided, no floor mats, only a basic bottle of shower gel to wash with, broken shower (temperature control broken, so cold shower, shower head broken) and sauna was warm at best, even after adjusting temperature. Great potential but needs some maintenance and tlc, then would go back!

Visited today with my husband as a birthday gift. It’s the first time we’ve tried a float pod, as well as an ice bath! The girls we were greeted by were lovely. We could see them thoroughly sanitising the room before we went in too. The room itself is lovely. Nice temperature, aroma and ambient lighting. You have your own shower and toilet too which is good so you don’t need to wander in your swimwear. Glasses and water, with a small changing area separate. We were given lots of health tips and handy instructions. The float experience was amazing, I didn’t want to move my body after the 45 mins! The infrared is fab, I loved that the wall panels put so much heat on my back as well. We were apprehensive about the ice bath, but after encouragement from the girls during the introduction and braving the plunge we both did it and did not regret it, so don’t pass on it if you do go, you’ll be pleased with the results after getting that breathing under control. Left feeling relaxed and revitalised. Thanks guys, we’ll be back!

Had an amazing time here. Sooo relaxing but refreshing at the same time. The floating spa feels like you are floating in space and you can easily drift off to sleep..Once my time was up it was time for a quick shower then a dip in ice bath before heading into the sauna...you can go in and out of the ice bath and sauna as often as you like until your time is up..Cant wait to book again ☺️🙏
