I went yesterday. It helped with my skin and the other great benefit is that it’s very calming and relaxing. When I’m usually restless.
To add, the staff there is lovely and it was a good temperature in the room.

The atmosphere in the salt therapy room was so peaceful and allowed me to truly relax. After my session, I had one of the best sleeps of my life!
The staff were very attentive and able to answer any questions I had.

I went to Salt Threapy today was my Aunty. After purchasing an online voucher for 2, 45 minute session each. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was lovely and professional. The room was spacious and had a relaxing vibe with salt lamps and a salt brick fireplace feature. The Salt Threapy isn't too intense, and we both felt the benefit afterwards. I find it hard to switch off and relax, being Neurodivergent, but I felt zen and relaxed the rest of the day. I recommend, as it's close to Glasgow City Centre, so could make a day of it with friends, family before/after shopping and a bite to eat.

5 years ago after witnessing a dog attack I got eczema & the doctor said that was the trigger. It seemed to be more prominent in spring & summer. Passing by Glasgow Salt Therapy I saw that it helped with many conditions with eczema being one of them so I made a booking and have kept going over the past 5 months. This is the first time in 5 years I've not had eczema mines was facial, neck & arms so was very visible and embarrassing. I would certainly recommend trying it, the staff are lovely & it would be the most relaxing part of your day.

A very relaxing atmosphere and we had the full room to ourselves, would definitely try again, as the staff were lovely, however even with the blanket on and plenty of layers the room was still very cold which would be our only downfall of the experience

Had an appointment for 9am and they claim to open at 8am. Arrived 10mins early as they advise and nobody was there. Lights off shutters down, door locked. Nobody answering the phone. Waited until 9:20 before leaving. Biggest waste of time
