Let me start by saying that this company offers many great aesthetic services. However, the overall experience ruined it for me.

After receiving Voluma cheek fillers, I was immediately concerned about the results. The left side of my face was significantly fuller and more lifted than the right, causing my whole face to appear crooked and uneven. This was not a minor issue.

However, when I called to express my concern, I was forwarded to the center's manager, who insisted I wait a full two weeks before coming in for a follow-up. The conversation was disappointingly robotic, lacking any compassion or understanding. This unprofessional behavior only added to my distress.

A couple of days later, I couldn't take it anymore. My face was distorted, and I became incredibly insecure about the way my fillers looked. Reluctantly, they brought me in for a follow-up the next day. The doctor was not thrilled to see me, and when I asked to tell me what he saw, he said, "It looks like you have some swelling on the left side of your face." I finally convinced him that, no, this is not swelling. I've gotten fillers before, and this is filler, not swelling (I had also been taking 800 mg. Ibuprofen to help any swelling subside.)

The practitioner was able to apply more filler to the right side of my face and, for the most part, resolve the unevenness. However, I was required to drop another $400 on top of the few thousand I had already spent, which was a significant financial burden.

To top it off, I have pretty severe breakouts, and I am incredibly insecure about them. While the doctor was "fixing" my face, he said something to the tone of, "What's breaking you out so bad? You're breaking out SEVERELY." Yes, good sir, I am. Thank you for the reminder.

I've shared pictures showing the initial uneven fillers for you to review. All in all, this spa offers incredible services at a fair price, and that's hard to find. However, customer service is subpar, and that's what is most important in my book. I'll let you decide....

Absolutely wonderful experience. From the phone call to schedule my appointment with Lydia (I hope that’s her name) to receiving my injection with Zed. Lydia made the check in an easy welcoming experience and Zed was very knowledgeable about everything! The office is beautiful and calming inside, I drove from Gainesville and will definitely make the drive again. Thank you!
