Literally everything needs to be improved. First, had a scheduled phone call that the automated system told me it was a 2 minute wait and after 30 minutes I finally got to speak to someone. That person made me schedule an appointment in person, fine. They said I would get help with insurance, prescriptions, appointments. Wonderful!! I go to that appointment, not a single thing gets figured out and they tell me they don’t actually help with this. And then they just schedule me for a virtual appointment AFTER my script runs out. Jesus Christ please fire everyone in this place and just start over. Can’t get any worse.

Well I been seeing your facility since panos center there in plant City I been having Dr ruano as my psychiatrist since I was 7 until 27 years old I had several different therapists along the years and I have no complaints with them except the medication which wasn't their fault it's just body chemistry isn't made for medication with certain people not really anyone fault things happen I have told several people about grace point and told them the address where they are located and how they help people

This PCP is awful. You can't ever get anyone on the phone. They don't return your calls for weeks. I've been attempting to get a prescription filled after reviewing bloodwork for weeks with no response. The only reason I gave 2-stars is that the Doctor we met with, Dr. Syed, was very nice and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately she doesn't handle the logistics side of things and everything else about this experience has been subpar.

Dr's are fine office leaves much to be desired. I have been trying for 6 weeks to have office contact Wellcare to fix a paperwork problem with Dr Syed and can't get another appointment there until the office does this. It only requires a phone call! Wellcare has taken a lot of time trying to help, but even they can't get a call back from Gracepoint!

This place was very considerate of all my meeds it was fast paste but got the job done well and the employees were super nice and well groomed . The nurse Kathryn Syed was very smart when it came to my questions overall Gracepoint was clean and friendly and got the job done well

My loved one has been there over 24 hours, sitting in a hard plastic chair. This is inhumane treatment for someone struggling with a mental health crisis. If you knew you didn't have availability, why would you accept him as a patient We want to transfer him to a different facility and you're saying we can't!!! What?

Children’s outpatient building is very welcoming and comfortable.
Staff is very professional and friendly. They are very helpful to scheduling around our needs, and treatment plan is very clear and individualized

I love it there the staff especially Gigi and others are very caring and nice they help you in every situation and even when you're being your most critical self or your symptoms have gotten the best of you for not taking your medications they're always compassionate talk to you
