I can’t say enough good things about Mercedes—not just as a hairstylist but as a person. She has an incredible ability to genuinely connect with people, making every appointment feel like catching up with a good friend.

Life got hectic and I put off touching up my blonde highlights for the past 6+ months. I realized this was the first time in YEARS that my natural colour had grown out so seamlessly, and I don't even need to rush back to the salon.

On top of that, when I first started seeing her, she started working on me with a colour correction - and that was only about 1.5 years ago. So the fact I'm looking at my hair today after 6 months of not retouching and theres no harsh lines or awkward regrowth.... I can confidently say she's got a gift for hair.

I also had the pleasure of hiring Mercedes for my wedding, and she was phenomenal. She did my hair and styled all four of my bridesmaids. Leading up to the big day, she made sure I felt ultra-confident in our game plan, which took a lot of stress off my plate. And on the big day, when the inevitable wedding-day chaos crept in, she stayed calm, focused, and finished the job flawlessly.

Of course, I’ll be back to her soon—because she’s simply the best. If you're looking for someone who truly understands hair (and people!), Mercedes is the one and only. 💛✨

I have received many compliments and had several inquires on who does my makeup. I now get my hair done with her as well and she never disappoints. Mercedes is awesome! I’ve been seeing her for 4 years now and I would not go to anyone else. When I first started seeing her she managed to save my hair from box dyed black with minimal damage. She is very meticulous and makes sure that I am happy with how my hair turns out every single time. She is also very kind. Highly recommend her!!

I have been going to Mercedes for years now and she is the absolute best! I've had haircuts, highlights, lowlights and Keratin treatments done and I always love the result! Mercedes is a professional and so talented, she has literally saved my hair and really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your hair. Mercedes is thoughtful and careful and spends time with her clients. I have naturally thick, curly hair and she gives great hair advice, never cuts more hair than we discuss, always makes me feel very comfortable and also accommodates my schedule - all round an amazing experience!

Mercedes is amazing! It was my first time getting my hair done by her and she was so welcoming! I showed her what I wanted to get done and she gave me realistic expectations on how we can meet my hair goals and what to expect for the first session. Every step of the way, Mercedes took her time to explain the process to me and she showed me pictures and samples of how things may turn out. I'm always a little hesitant when it comes to cutting my hair, but she asked how much I was comfortable chopping off, physically showed me the new length to double-check and actually cut off how much we agreed to cut! Mercedes also stayed late to finish doing my hair - Even after the salon closed to make sure my hair was given the time and love it needed. She really took her time and is so talented! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She truly did an amazing job!
