I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and a staff member provided a brief tour of the women-only spa, which offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. While the sauna is a bit narrow, it would be great if it were slightly larger or if there was an additional one. The hot stone feature is a nice touch, along with the hot and cold taps for cleansing. Overall, the experience feels luxurious. I also booked a massage, and it was a nice touch that they came to pick me up for the appointment. For the facilities offered, I find it a bit on the expensive side for the price, but overall good experience.

Very nice personnel and online booking system is a big plus. I was a bit confused about the booking details as it wasn't clear if when booking a cosmetics procedure like peeling for example will also pay the entrance. This is not the case, the entrance for 3 hours is paid separately. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, you can simply relax and lay on the numerous beds or have a the or a piece of cake.

Very friendly staff. Took us around and explained everything in detail. Lovely massage, booked 30 minutes and got about 50 minutes of treatment, we came around 1.30pm and booked 3 hours. Tiny Sauna, but we went for the authentic hammam space. Soothing to be in such a caring space.

Leider können Frauen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen oder sehr schlecht laufen können, das Hamam nicht nutzen, da das Hamam nicht ansatzweise barrierfrei ist. Deshalb nur einen Stern, weil Frauen mit Gehbehinderung mal wieder diskriminiert und benachteiligt werden. ? Dabei könnte die Situation durch einen Plattform-Lift geändert werden.

I just came from this place yesterday and I have to say that I had a very disappointing experience, my appointment was at 5 pm (I was there, like their mention oh their site 40 minutes before the appointment) and I had to wait in the Hamam room to be called with the service that I had ordered, but after waiting for an hour I was not called and I had to go up to the reception to inform them and they just realized that the staff was on holiday or had gone home or whatever. What a SERVICE! I actually read some unpleasant reviews here but I thought ok, let's give it a try and it turned out to be not good at all, this will be my first and last visit, for the price that isn’t cheap and getting bad service, for me is a waste of money and time, luckily the manager or whoever it is, she was nice to handle me and apologized by giving me a cup of tea. I think, they just need to organize their service better if they won’t loose their customers. For the place is at least quite cozy.
