Super clean and nice rooms. Quiet. Eggs in the am were not good, grainy. I rented an electric car and the front desk guy knew nothing about the chargers. Would have liked some help there. Still, appreciated the cleanliness and large room.

Best stay in a long time from a family that travels a lot. Super clean, super new facility with spacious rooms that didn't leave us stepping over our suitcases all day. Kind staff, safe area with plenty of shopping and dining options. A pool (and they had floats set out for our kiddos), top notch gym, better than average breakfast. Super quiet 5th floor room, plenty of toiletries and ALAS.... HOOKS for our stuff - extra hooks in the bathroom and hallway - we always have to find creative ways to hang 4 towel and coats etc. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very clean and staff is always friendly. The breakfast was great had just about everything you could ask for. There’s a great walking trail near the hotel. That was lovely to enjoy in the early morning. And to top it all off, who doesn’t love fresh cookies every day!!

Rooms clean, housekeeping really good. However they were having issues with the hot water tanks, sensor they said. We were in several rooms trying to get ready for a memorial service. Cold showers all around. Breakfast was not very nice, artificial eggs were rather gross. Too bad. I suggested they could provide a discount for all their issues. "No, we can not authorize that". Guess they don't need our business ever again. Ok, done. You will never see us at that hotel or any other Hampton Inn. Stay away from them, all about profit not customer service at all!

Clean and efficient here. Breakfast is tasty. My kiddo and I love the special Paris Hilton strawberry waffles! Odd number rooms have a great view of the sunset here.

I was very pleased with the room that I received the woman who checked us in at night was very sweet and kind. However, the next morning the GM Marie was very rude to guests. She began screaming at a man during breakfast. My family and I felt as if the whole ordeal was over, but we were mistaken. She got on the phone and began to scream while on the phone, she used really rude language and was pointing at the man who was eating breakfast. It was really unprofessional and put a very bad taste in everyone in the dining room area's mouth. Thankfully we were checking out that day and thankfully did not have to deal with this woman any longer. We did not receive a survey for our service or we would have placed it there.

Please note that the owner noted this was a fraudulent review - I did stay there with my parents. Seeing as they were listed under the room. This is just further proof that the customer service at this place is lacking.

Arrived from another location where the service was so bad we left. The lady working the desk turned our night around. She was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She helped us book two connecting rooms at the desk and ensured we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay here. 🙂

Just stayed over the weekend, the front desk lady that check us in were great. As soon as you entered the hotel, you are greeted by this nice fragrance that smelled good and the rooms are clean. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel until the last day 9/22/2024 check out. it was 2 min after 10am, I was in the bathroom doing my business and was greeted by this rapid loud knocking of my room door. My wife answered and were greeted by these 2 housekeeping that were pressing her to get out because it is 10am. remind you that this hotel's checkout time is 12:00PM! They rolled their eyes at her and keep pointing to their invisible watch and keep telling her it's time to get out and then turn around and start speaking rule remarks in spanish. I finished my business went downstairs and confronted the front desk girl regarding the check out time and she assured me I have the room till 12 and they are not trying to kick me out, I would of been fine with that until she mentioned "oh most guests checks out at this time" added with that annoyed/non caring face, I just lost it and keep asking her why the f is their housekeeping kicking us out then when it's not even time yet? my wife and I were so upset that we just packed up our things, checked the f out and left.
The management need a better job training their housekeeping people to be respectful of guests and it's not their call to tell the guest what time it is and they need to leave!
