Fantastic experience at health booster salt cave, Nikki was so welcoming she met us at the front door and brought us into the reception area which was super cozy and cute, she then talked us through the benefits of the salt cave which was fab! We had a wonderful hour long relaxing session in the private cave. Finished off with a cup of tea and biscuits to relax after. 10/10 recommend ?

My husband and I had our first visit to the salt caves. It did not disappoint. It was so relaxing, so much so my husband fell asleep within 5 minutes. The ambiance, lighting and temperature was perfect. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous! Private salt cave for 2 today. It's so calming and relaxing and health benefits from the salt. Massage seats are also heated. Lovely coffee and snacks afterwards and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. We have visited quite a few times now and would highly recommend.

The Health Boaster salt caves are absolutely amazing. it's absolutely wonderful treatment and has given me a new lease of life. I have had no taste or smell after last having Covid 2023 and these natural remedies have given these senses back to me. It's a family run business and the staff are very professional, very attentive and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Thank you Niky and to you dad who have been looking after me. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a health boost for respiratory ailments and loss of senses of smell and taste. Thanks again.

Had my first visit at the salt caves yesterday with my friend and after such a stressful day it was just what I needed. I went in the room feeling very tired and after lying back in the quiet with soothing music in the background I felt refreshed and energised when I left.
It was lovely just switching off from the outside world for an hour.
The staff were so welcoming and friendly and offered us complimentary teas/coffee and biscuits. I also came home with a few bags of salt for my baths. I will definitely be back.

Lovely experience. From the minute you walk in you feel relaxed . We booked the private 2 bed room. David was lovely and informative and had our requested warm drink for us coming out with the offer of biscuits and cakes. Will definitely be back. Thank you ?

We've now tried a group cave and 2 person booth. This is honestly one of the best ways to feel relaxed and get that sense of wellbeing without trying. Just sit there, no meditation or conscious relaxation, all you need to do is sit in the room and you feel better. Cannot recommend it enough.

This is the first time I have been here and it was amazing - I left feeling so chilled out and relaxed and my skin feels softer too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
