Or group has been coming here for a number of years, and the property has really declined. Bathroom fixtures are original, rooms are musty. We arrived on Wednesday only to find the bar was out of some draft beer until Friday. Bartender was great. Ordered eggs for breakfast. Came out slightly warm. Had to ask for toast two times and then only one piece. Went well with my cold eggs. They offer free coffee in the morning, but on Saturday morning at 730 none was out. Was told they ran out! But they had coffee in the dining room. This place needs a serious update.

The staff is first rate and we had a great time. The beer on tap is cold and refreshing. Breakfast in the restaurant is amazing. The chef is very talented and the waitress is very attentive. It was a bit chilly to swim, but the pool looked very clean and inviting.

Room appeared clean but had several bugs and spiders in it. Towels were like sand paper. The bar was out of all options that I was interested in, one being vodka and any decent wine. Had a steak salad which was tasty. Friendly staff was a bonus breakfast omelet was tasty and coffee fairly good

I really want to express my disappointment following my recent stay at this hotel. ||Upon checking in, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, which had a musty odor and visible stains on the carpet, along with black mold present in baseboard all around the room (I was shocked when seeing this). After bringing this to the attention of the front desk, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor, but unfortunately, the conditions were similar.||The overall state of the rooms and furniture appeared very old and in dire need of updates. The bed was uncomfortable and sunken in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the breakfast provided was mediocre, and the voucher menu offered was not appetizing. It's not self-serving. The dine-in area is a joke and not inviting at all to stay (and I really have average expectations).||Many families, including ours, chose to stay at your hotel due to our participation in a nearby soccer tournament. It was disheartening to see several families check out immediately after arriving at the lobby and going to other nearby hotels, which is a clear indication of the issues we faced.||I am truly puzzled by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience did not align with the expectations set by the images on their website and reviews here.||I really hope this feedback helps improve the conditions for future guests or to warn you to find better alternative hotels.

I usually have a pleasant stay here, but this time there was a group of children (a baseball team?), who were quite loud and often unsupervised by their parents. At one point several of them were racing up and down the hall banging on doors (I guess for fun?) I was trying to rest. Irritating. My room telephone did not work as I tried to call the front desk; my bedding was “musty”. There was an issue with the electric in the room (never did get my coffee pot to work ?). The desk staff, as usual, were gracious and as accommodating as they could be ?. The bartender was a gem?. Wait staff stellar .

Stayed for one night on the way to Florida. Hotel and room was clean and very utilitarian. Nothing fancy but it checked all the boxes for an overnight stay for sure. Location is great right off the 95 and near restaurants and shopping. A special thanks to Rachel who greeted us so warmly at registration and eased us to our room after a long day on the road.

Stayed here while in town for a work conference. Selected this hotel due to breakfast being included, however that changed at some point and breakfast was not included. Attendant acted like she didn’t want to be working, food wasn’t great. Two mornings in a row coffee was unavailable at 6am in the lobby, one day no creamer and told none available to restock. I’d recommend walking over to McDonalds or Chick-fil-A. Room and bed were comfortable, good space but bring your own pillows as those felt old. Towels are thin and a bit stained, curtains were dirty and room felt muggy. Hotel had a bar which was a nice perk. Parking was easy
