4.5 ⭐️ stayed at the Hyatt House the night before scans for our daughter at CHoC. Close location, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Definitely the best we’ve stayed at in this area. There is construction next door (not the hotels fault) so noise early in the morning but we always travel with a small fan and that seemed to drown out the noise pretty good. Loved the large kitchen/eating area in the room and separate sitting area.

Excellent location. The staff were outstanding. Exceptional experience!!! My only concern is parking. A parking garage would be an excellent addition to this property. However, it is very quiet, and in a very safe location. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Thank you. God bless you. Merry Christmas!!!

The property is exceptionally clean. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping excellent. Shower pressure is excellent. ||||The coffee shop next door is superb. The construction next door makes the parking and entering the property tricky. We walked to the 7-11 nearby, which I would not recommend. Safety felt questionable. The hotel parking lot felt quite safe, though there are people sleeping in the adjacent grassy area who shouted at us when we exercised the dog there. ||||The only issue we had was noise - it seems to be a spot for drag racing on the street. Loud at night.

The corner suit was very spacious and clean.. However housekeeping needs to be arranged with front desk . The breakfast buffet although vast was somehow lacking in taste. There is no kettle in kitchen for boiling water. Near to Medical Centre and many restaurants and parking on site useful.

Was here for 3 nights for spouse’s surgery. Staff was wonderful, SUPER convenient to hospital. FYI you have to request fresh towels (which for a pre-op patient is an issue) and there’s no daily housekeeping. Parking seems safe & well lit. You can park in the lot by the coffee shop and restaurant.

My daughter was sick in hospital and had to be transported to hospital across the street. This hotel was very rude and didn't care what I was going through. At 2 am had to check in they charged me the highest amount. Then had several issues and told only the manager can resolve. I have left several messages to not get one call 9r resolved. Employees are so rude and just transfer to vm but won't take accountability gor nothing. It's been 4 weeks and still haven't gotten my issues resolved. Then they charged me a deposit and still haven't credit me.

Hotel was very nice and accommodating and I enjoyed the room size. It’s close to the airport in proximity and the grocery stores are fairly close. I was at a salsa convention that took place at the other Hyatt, which was just down the street. The fitness room was also nice.

Aaron, and the entire staff made us feel like so welcome like we were at home! The room was in excellent condition, very clean. I've never had such an enjoyable day at a hotel in colorado before! My complements to all the staff and management!
