Great stay! My room was kept very clean and restocked every day! All the staff was great! All the shuttle drivers were great! ||||My only complaints were that the shuttle stopped at 7pm -- wish that was later -- and the neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I didn't like being in the parking garage after dark.

Staff is all what makes the difference. We went over a holiday week so the hotel had less than normal occupancy rate and low at staff as well. Whoever was there though did go above and beyond in making our needs met. Hotel doesn't have anything flashy like the modern hotels but is nice and clean with a beautiful lobby. As a globalist, i was upgraded to executive suite with multiple bathrooms and had breakfast bought at the restaurant as well as through the room service. Hotel though is in a newer area with some shops and apartments opening soon but mainly caters to the large hospital just a half mile away. I had an EV rental and the parking lot had free EV charging. Will like to mention Angie, Jasmine and Mary who went above and beyond, thank you. Will definitely consider again when visiting Denver

Our AC went out numerous times and it wasn't until our third night our group felt comfortable. When we mentioned this at checkout we were told it was because we had 4 people in one room... so we have four people for 3 nights, one of those three the AC worked perfect, the rest of the time it was 77 degrees? I'm sorry, but that is wild.

The parking deck is not included in your room, so tack that on.

There is not a breakfast option, and the in hotel restaurant is pricey. $6 for cereal. No microwave in the room either and the fridge worked about as good as the AC.

The bathroom was a highlight. Large space, decent light.

Housekeepers came at weird times. Once while we were still sleeping at 9am.

they gave us a $50 refund per night after we argued about the quality of sleep we got due to it being too hot, but that should have been offered after our 4th request for AC repair.

From the moment my husband and I arrived at the
Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, the service and hospitality was TOP NOTCH! We travel often, but this was our first time in Denver, CO and this experience was different. We stayed at this hotel last week from Tues-Thurs (during the month of September). We were told that we arrived at the perfect time to experience the beautiful weather.

Pros:
We received exceptional customer service from guest services, to house keeping, to the restaurant servers, and the hotel shuttle driver. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Jasmine- who presented herself with a very welcoming demeanor, told us a little bit about the hotel, and provided various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. We traveled over 1600 miles (we were in town for a concert and my early birthday celebration) so we definitely appreciated everything that was offered since we were looking forward to an exciting and restful mini vacation.

The hotel and our room was very clean, well stocked, and spacious. The hotel has a parking garage with various rates and a hotel shuttle. The hotel shuttle travels within 3 miles of the hotel. We utilized the hotel shuttle to do a little sight seeing in the area and traveled to the notable Stanley Marketplace while we were there.

Our servers for Breakfast (Kelly) and Dinner (Susan) were AMAZING! Not only did they provide exceptional customer service and checked on us frequently to see how we were enjoying our meals; they also provided recommendations for local and downtown events and places to check out during our stay in Colorado. They were the sweetest and so kind!

The hotel was also hosting a conference/convention during the time of our visit. However, we didn't experience any large crowds, sound interference or disruptions while we were there. The hotel is HUGE! There were beautiful lounge areas inside and outside surrounding the hotel; with astonishing landscaping. There was even a cute grass photo backdrop located outside of the hotel's restaurant (inside the enclosed patio area). Our shuttle driver AJ was great as well! We loved his energy and area recommendations...he was prompt during pick up as well.

While we didn't see any kids around the hotel during our midweek stay, it is a family/kid friendly hotel.

Con:
The only thing we noticed was not having access to a microwave inside our hotel room. However, we still wouldn't say it was an issue because as my husband was headed down to the front desk, he asked the housekeeper in the hallway about a microwave and they were literally knocking on our door within minutes with a microwave- that we kept in our room during our stay.

I could go on and on but I think I've included more than enough reasons to book with this PHENOMENAL Hotel if you are in the area.

Thank you again to the staff at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center. We greatly appreciate EVERYTHING and thank you for making our trip and experiences there memorable!

I write this review with much disappointment - I expect so much more from Hyatt Regency.||I arrived late afternoon and approached the World of Hyatt desk to check in. The lady who checked me in (no name badge) did so, without mentioning anything such as the free breakfast that was on my booking.||I went up to my room and found it smelling of damp and stiflingly hot. I turned down the air conditioning but unfortunately it continued to blow warm air. I went back down to reception to request a different room, the same lady who checked me in told me quite abruptly there were no other rooms, and I'd have to wait for an engineer. I went back to the room. ||After waiting 45 minutes, I went back down and spoke to a different lady, Jasmine. I told her the problem and she couldn't do enough to help - straight away she changed my room, no questions asked. I was quite annoyed at being lied to by the lady who checked me in, who said that there were no other rooms available.||My new room on the 10th floor was great and smelt as it should, with working air conditioning. I started to relax.||Unfortunately, this is where the relaxation ended. The following evening, attendees for an "adult geek convention" started arriving. Loud and obnoxious, they filled the reception and lobby area, causing other guests to have to navigate around them.||The next couple of days were fine, apart from very loud convention attendees milling around the lobby in their pyjamas each morning. Not what I expected from a usually peaceful Hyatt Regency.||The final night, the Saturday was when things really started to go wrong. It seems it was also the final night of the convention, and from 11pm, attendees starting coming up to the 10th floor, going in and out of each other's rooms, shouting and slamming doors. This went on until 2.30am. I phoned down to reception numerous times, and Mary was extremely apologetic, saying she would send security up. Unfortunately it did not make a difference, and it carried on beyond 2am. ||During one of our phone calls, it emerged that I had breakfast paid for on my booking - the lady who checked me in did not mention this at all, and I had been going out for breakfast, which was frustrating. As a good will gesture Mary did however wipe the rest of my food bill from my stay due to the noise from the other guests.||I was told the following morning by staff that a number of guests had complained about the convention attendees. I strongly suggest that in future convention attendees are all booked onto the same floor where there are no other guests, at the very least, if not hire out the whole hotel!||A few other things - the area is quite rough: the hotel has a shuttle bus that can be called to drive you within a 3km radius - this was very helpful for getting to work and even for shopping on the last day. The hotel itself is very nice with comfortable beds and a strong shower. ||To add insult to injury, 14 days on my deposit has still not been released to my bank account - my bank has now had to intervene. ||I really did not want to have to leave a review like this, I have never had a bad stay in a Hyatt Regency before, but I will think about staying elsewhere next time.||Thank you to Jasmine and Mary for making my stay somewhat bearable.

Attended a conference here at the hotel which made staying here very convenient. Upon entering the room, we had an overwhelming chemical smell, maybe a cleaning product? The room looked clean and comfortable.

Our first night there we noticed the sheets were very stiff and we compared it to sleeping in a chip bag. The next morning we felt like zombies and quickly discovered my wife had developed an allergic reaction to something. We’re not sure if the smell was sheets that didn’t get washed correctly or something else but her allergic reaction in bed led us to believe something wasn’t right.
