Have been coming to this medical spa for about 3 years as it was recommended to me by a lot of people for the team being outstanding medical aestheticians. The office is beautiful, clean and very spacious with the staff being very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. You wil be made to feel very much at ease and welcome which was not my experience at other clinics in Windsor. Very transparent and reasonable pricing as well. Alba definitely is a special one for her eye for fillers and botox that gives natural-looking and significant improvements. My fiancee has also been coming here and they really do have the latest technology that are in-line with the latest treatments in skin and body care. We no longer need to go to Toronto or in the US as Alba and Image Clinic also offer the newest skincare innovations that we often see on social media. The amount of knowledge and services they offer are truly impressive. So thank you Alba, Juliana, April and Taylor; we are beyond satisfied with the services we receive here.

I wish I could rate 10 stars!! I got my lips dissolved today and I was initially anxious to come in because my lips were previously done badly by another place. I was worried walking into an office filled with beautiful women that I’d get secretly judged as someone who’s not attractive, but was immediately warmly welcomed by the amazing receptionists + staff, and the atmosphere was completely judgment-free. I felt so happy that my insecurity was taken care of so gently and expertly by Alba. The other nurse in the office was also so sweet and helped me feel very calm before during and after the procedure. Thank you image clinic for helping me feel better about myself!!!!!

This review is definitely long overdue for the best medical clinic for injectables (botox and filler) in Windsor! Have tried many places from Toronto to London and I’m so glad to have found Alba and Image clinic. I get my lips, cheeks and jawline done here by Alba herself and I get so many compliments! I have also started treatment to fade surgical scars with the talented Juliana (I have had a lot of cosmetic surgery) and my progress has been amazing. My scars used to be very dark, purple/red and raised and Alba and Juliana have worked with me not only to flatten my scars but to also really fade them out! I’ve looked forever for a solution and only found it here at Image Clinic. They also offer truflex (Juliana and April) and many other clinically proven treatments to get your skin and body in glowing and firm shape. So if you want that smaller waistline and firmer butt, definitely call and ask them about that!

The ladies here are so professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They will present you with a clear plan for whatever your skin and/or body goals are. I feel comfortable coming here. There’s never been any pressure and the pricing is always consistent and fair, with the results to match- just ask for April for more info on whatever skin or body concerns you may have, she literally knows everything and has the training to match.

So happy to have found a medical spa/clinic in Windsor that’s in-line with the latest and most innovative skin and body treatments available in North America. The clinic itself has many rooms that are spacious, tidy and feels luxurious. You will feel pampered and comfortable here and walk away looking younger, refreshed and snatched :)) thank you for everything you’ve done for me, ladies. $2800.00 to get my face butchered.

I wanted lip filler so i decided to go to this clinic where i had my consultation done and explained what i wanted to change everything went great with the consultation, then the injection day came i went in for my appointment and i saw “alpa” the person who injected not just my lips, but she injected my chin and cheek bone that i didn’t even wanted to inject but she talked me to getting them injected as a professional i thought she knew better but i was wrong. 24 hours after the injection my lips where not SYMMETRICAL and BUTCHERED. My face and lips were so swollen to the point where I felt my lips will explode and i had fillers in chunks inside my lips despite me telling them It was my first time my lips gets injected with filler so i go back the next day to explain to the owner that the filler was injected in huge quantities and as a first time using fillers i should not have been injected that much filler in one session. I was only yelled at because they gave me medicine to take that it wasn’t a doctor prescription and then they refused that I follow up with a doctor and said it wasn’t necessary then they made me pay $2800.00 for fillers I didn’t need i only wanted lips done ,they had to dissolve the next few days. I was never refunded staff was very rude and they blamed me for the swollen filler. I wish karma find its way to u .😌 i will attach only one side profile photo of how swollen my upper lips but honestly this clinic took my confidence i cant even post anymore.

my disappointment is regarding my recent appointment scheduled for 12 PM. I received a call at 10 AM informing me that the aesthetician had called in sick and that my appointment was being canceled. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, canceling on such short notice is unacceptable.
I scheduled this appointment 15 days in advance and took time off from work specifically for it. Given the nature of your business, there should be an alternate option in place to accommodate situations like this—whether through a backup aesthetician or prioritizing a rescheduled appointment. A professional and reliable approach to scheduling is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction.
