I love coming here and getting my nails done, been going here for 4 years and David and Cindy are always so welcoming and do such an amazing job. Getting a pedicure is always relaxing and the results of the acrylic nails always meet expectations. Definitely recommend coming here!

Came in as a walk in and was helped right away. I’ve been to many nail salons and I would definitely recommend this one. Great customer service and was more than happy to fix anything I asked. Extremely friendly. No awkward silence and I highly enjoyed the small talk. Will 100% be back!

2hours later... so many corrections... Just wanted out of there. End result looks like my nails are lifted you can see the plastic nail under every nail..... so disappointed.

so this place is great and they do nails and all services very nice, but they more recently hired international students, who do amazing work, but the man and other women working, are not nice to those girls at all, I’ve heard him in past make racial comments towards them and he is very degrading to them! And before u could tip directly to whom ever did your nails, now they pool tips and don’t allow the student girls to receive tips! If it’s not racist what is it lol you shouldn’t treat your employees that way it shows, and no one is less than you cause they are different!

I had a very disappointing experience. The girl who worked on my nails was clearly not trained—she didn’t know how to properly remove polish, and now my nails are in terrible condition. I will not be returning.

A suggestion for the owner: if you're going to hire people without experience, the bare minimum should be providing proper training. Clients expect a basic standard of care.

Excellent. Was very pleased with my nails. Gentle with my toes yet so effective to get my ingrown out. Loved it. I’ll be back and sending everyone there.

I’ve been going to this spa for 5 years now and the service that I received at my most recent visit (which was most definitely my last visit!) was unacceptable. I got a full set of acrylics and also underarm+half-leg waxing. The price listed for a full set of acrylics is $50 and I was charged $60 because I got a “specialty colour”. I got pink… NO designs, NO sparkles, NO French tip, NOTHING. Plain pink. How are you telling me pink is a specialty color? And why wouldn’t someone mention it to me BEFORE They also made them way too short. Lynda’s always just does whatever they want and tacks it onto your bill. Underarm waxing is listed as $15, but when I went to pay, the lady said it was $30. Her explanation was “most people come in and wax one underarm so that’s why it’s listed like that but for both it’s $30”. Correct me if I’m wrong, but NORMAL people don’t go into a spa to wax ONE ARMPIT? Half-leg waxing is listed at $45 and she said "no it’s $55”. I asked why and rather than giving me an explanation the lady yelled at me and called me cheap. Also, there was still hair on my legs at the end and the lady just said "it's fine it's not that noticeable". PARDON Clearly she didn't know what she was doing. When I went home I had to shave the rest. I’ve never disputed a single charge with Lynda’s (for my entire 5 years of going to them) even though they always charge me extra but charging me DOUBLE is where I draw the line. Also not to mention, they took forever. I had a bridal shower at 1pm and they kept me there from opening until 1:30!! No respect for time and no sense of urgency with them. After 5 years and the thousands of dollars I've poured into this place, I deserve so much more. To be spoken to the way I was, nobody deserves that. I've been used and taken advantage of. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never be returning.
