I really liked how prepared Dr Natasha was when we arrived for our initial consult. She took the time to read about why we were there and already had a game plan. She listened to us and our concerns sincerely and was knowledgeable in her responses. She gives you her recommendations and where you can get the remedies. I wasn't forced to purchase them there. She is nice and polite, we look forward to our next visits.

I absolutely love this place. I have had a few treatments from Theresa for massage, but my most recent one was beyond any massage I have ever had. It was a deep tissue massage where I felt so much relief but also was incredibly relaxing. The hot bamboo sticks were an incredible addition. Highly recommend Metanoia!
