Very nice place, setting, & staff. I came here for a vitamin B12 and metaboost shot and ended up getting a cold & flu IV as well! The shot was painless and quick and the IV was a bit more intensive but they handled it well and were knowledgable about medicine and health. The IV insert did not even hurt when Ashwin found the vein in my arm faster than most nurses ever do. Then they put saline and hook you up to the IV in front of the TV and serve a refreshing drink. I came to feel a bit better and left feeling great! I could literally feel the vitamins nourishing my body. It was my first time trying a B12 shot or IV and I will certainly return!

I’m a return client and a fan for a lifetime! I get Botox and lip filler done with Ashley and she is truly a rockstar in her field. I’m 46 years old and started treatments last year. I had a very deep set wrinkle across my forehead since as far back as my mid 30’s and that wrinkle is relatively gone after just 2 treatments. My lip filler is perfect, I didn’t want the obvious and overfilled look and Ashley did an amazing job at giving me a natural hydrated plump.

I can’t rave enough about Ashley and her team. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, funny and just happy every single time I’ve gone. Did I mention Ashley is hilarious?

Went to Nüvo for a Botox consultation and treatment with Ashley for my forehead. I’m 45 and It was my first time ever getting Botox. Ashley was very informative and patient with my million questions lol. After her evaluation we went with dysport for my 11 lines. It’s been a week and I already see a huge improvement in my skin and 11 lines. Going back for a few extra spots to lift my brows and lip. The procedure was relatively painless and fast. Best. Spa. Ever. I rarely ever write reviews but had to because I was so blown away by the amazing customer service I received! (Which is rare to find nowadays, especially in South Florida) I've been wanting to get my lips done for as long as I can remember but was SO nervous. Ashley and Simona were amazing! Super professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. They even personally followed up with me after which I was very impressed with! I am in love with my new lips and so happy I trusted them! You ladies are the best!! ?

I recently met with Ashley at their new location 1106 Normandy Dr. I can not thank her enough. Before diving into how amazing Ashley is and what a great job she did let me start with how nice the receptionist is. I believe her name is Safia. She made the initial step so easy. She sent me the forms so I could review at my leisure and have them filled before arriving so I wasn’t wasting any time. She was also able to to find a date and time that worked for my schedule. Did I mention how sweet and nice she is?

Moving on to their new location, I have not visited their previous location but their current one is very spacious and open. I had no issues finding street parking which surprisingly was low for Miami parking. If you don’t find street parking there’s a parking lot right behind the building. You easily pay through an app that reminds you 5 mins before your time is up so no need to worry about getting a ticket.

Now for the reason why you’re this deep into the review… Ashley! The star of novu you. She is knowledgeable but more than that she is hilarious and down to earth. She was very thorough in her assessment and spent all the time I needed to address my concerns. She was so patient. We went through what areas I felt I needed done, then she went into what she felt would help. I even asked about other treatments and she explained why she felt the one she recommended was a better option for me. Before starting any treatment I was given an amount for what Ashley recommended with a breakdown per item. The prices were less than I expected since I did call other locations to get an idea of how much things would cost. I told her what my budget was and based on that she advised what should be a priority and what could be left for later on. Never did I feel pressured to get something I didn’t come in looking for or pushed to touch an area that I didn’t feel comfortable with.

She prepped with numbing cream, a handy vibrating tool and away she went. She did everything to make me comfortable and even stopped at certain points to show me the progress. Mainly the difference between the treated vs not treated side. Did I bruise? Yes, but it was minimal and expected. Did it hurt? Minimally but yes, no pain no gain. Will I be coming back? Hell yes!

Everything looked so natural that no one has mentioned anything except my husband who asked if I got my eyebrows done because they looked good. Ashley followed up the next morning to see how everything went, making sure I had no adverse reaction and that I was satisfied. I can not thank her enough. I love what she did. She literally took 10 yrs off my face and in such a manner that no one can really pinpoint what it was. That’s what I call a great job. I am extremely happy and so will you!
