If you go here for a rapid drug test make sure it is not performed by Scott. He needs to not be administering these tests until he is trained properly. These tests can affect a persons entire life and their families. The instructions on how to read the test are clearly printed on top yet he made his own incorrect determination and the test had to be completed again by someone else and had to be paid for again. This is not okay. Do better.

Oklahoma Health & Wellness Center is one of the most progressive and innovative health centers I have been to in decades. After my work creating the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) along with my Colleague, Beth Clay, at the International Chiropractors Association, I had a vision of what medicine could become. Yesterday, my second visit after many years, I saw the full vision I have had actually built! Thank you Dr Cook! Need to put some of the money back into the equipment, a lot of the equipment is dangerous.
The young lady working the front desk on 12-13 at 9ish is very rude, not someone that should be greeting folks. I come everyday and she is rude every morning.

Very disappointed with our scheduled massages. Happy anniversary my dear. Glad they at least were able to get his in but it was too late to complete mine. I was told, and double checked when we arrived, because we had 2 of our children (1 and 2.5 years) with us that one could go first and then the other after so we wouldn’t have to worry about sitters. Well I guess it took too long for his so they wouldn’t be doing mine. “We’re closing in 30 minutes but you can anytime tomorrow “ ummm no thanks. Then I check online and guess what! They close at noon according to Google. How upset would I have been if I decided to just stop by tomorrow afternoon? Won’t even try now. Thank you anyway I guess.

I felt terrible for eleven days. I even went to an express clinic and got medicine. When the medicine did not help, a lightbulb came on and I thought I would go try something more natural. It worked! I had my spine adjusted and ozone therapy and felt better before I even walked out of the clinic! Dr Cook knows what the body needs!

Amazing Facility. Dr. Cook is very knowledgable in chiropractic and many other alternative health solutions. Have had IV's in office and Pam does an amazing job. Overall incredible place.
