Tina is an amazing person and does such a great job with my nails. Paying attention to every detail. The ladies are very polite and there’s always a good vibe. Prices are fair and the service is impeccable. I’ve been to many other nail places but this is where I’ll be for now on. Online booking is so convenient as well. Tina also does hair, makeup waxing and more. One stop shop. I can’t wait to try her other services.

They have a new online booking system, which makes it really easy to book an appointment. It was my time going here and I asked for the spa pedicure. A new employee was doing my pedicure and she did an amazing job. My feet and toes look and feel great.

Throughout the appointment, the owner was chatting with me. She’s very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming back in the future! 🙂

They do a great job with shellac. My manicures last longer than anywhere else I’ve been and they really take extra effort to make sure it’s a job well done!

So I am only giving a 3 star base on my second experience. FIRST time was lovely...they accommodate my walk in and did a nice job on both my hands and feet. I loved it. Second time in, my pedicure was with only water nothing inside water...and the nail tech didn't even bother to scrub my feet. I asked for a simple low nails and that was done lovely. I actually gave the feedback abt my feet and the owner was apologetic...but it just does not sit right with me to get such poor service and no amends. My feet look horrible walking out as though I need a pedi. Overall, it is an ok salon...I am trying to be objective as I look at my feet needing a pedi after just getting one. Pics with white polish are from my 1st time and lavender from my 2 time

I have come to Orchid Nails for over a decade and could not imagine going anywhere else. Lan always takes pride in her work and personalizes the experience in her spa to have you feeling right at home. With exceptional cleanliness and countless service offerings, I couldn't recommend coming here enough!

Literally ruined my nails. They made me pay $73 dollars and the outcome was sooo bad. The nails have bubbles underneath the nail. When she filed them they are so uneven and crooked. I wanted them short but they look so bad for that amount of money. Ps I was the only client in the salon and they still managed to ruin my manicure. I also asked her to clean my cuticles as you can see in the picture, my cuticles look unkept.
