Not very impressed with this salon, booked an appointment, been waiting for weeks to get my hair done, salon cancelled my appointment with no notice, no message or voice message was left on my phone letting me know about the cancelation… arrived the day and time of my appointment, just to find out appointment was cancelled and no one cared to let me know or to try to provide any type of service as an apology to try to make it up for their mistake… again not very impressed ☹️
(Btw no one ever answer when you call)

I love this salon!! It is decorated so clean, beautiful and modern! Great location, great and fair pricing, fabulous and friendly staff with special attention to Shawna who has been my stylist for many years! She is amazing! My Hair is exactly as I request everytime and she is super efficient and excellent with time management! Book with Shawna and you will see why I recommend her to all my friends and family!!!

Atmosphere is stunning!!! EVERYONE welcoming, friendly and very professional. My hairstylist Therese always leaves me looking and feeling like a million dollars. That being said, you can’t go wrong with any one of the stylists - all EXCELLENT!! Front desk gals ... THE BEST! Always a great experience 👌🏻

I went here to book an appointment because no one answers the phone when you call, nor do they return your call when you leave a message.

I was greeted when I came in but then nothing. No "I'll be with you in a moment" just went straight back to what they were doing. I was going to book my first appointment with them, but after these experiences I think I will go elsewhere which is too bad because they're right around the corner from my house and other reviews seem great.

Staff is so kind and accommodating. We feel so comfortable here. I’ve been bringing my boys here since they were 9 months old (it’s been 6 years now)! Brandon is their favourite bc he’s so gentle and makes them feel & look like a million bucks. My boys have had really terrible experiences elsewhere with those electric trimmers, but somehow Brandon does the closest cool boy hair cuts absolutely flawlessly and with no tears or fears 🙂

I was very nervous going in because I haven't had the greatest experiences with hairdressers in the past but now I won't have to worry about that anymore! Brandon did an AMAZING job on my boring black hair to a beautiful red! I recommend 100%!

Best hair dresser Theresa ! She's quick and gives you the style you were looking for . I have been going there for about 4 years now and I have never complained about my hair it's perfect each time. Full highlights style and cut. She's the best ! Love her 😊
