Been going there for 2 years. Since new owner took over, it's gone downhill. Booked an appointment for my husband to get a shave since they offer barber services now. Only to have them use a trimmer because they don't do shaves. Also, staff is always having friends and family with kids coming in for social time whenever the owner is away. Very noisy with kids crying and screaming. Not an enjoyable time. Also, they colored my hair the wrong color and the owner offered to fix it with me paying just for the supplies. The cost was $60 on top of what I had already paid. The supplies used were no more than $20. Would not recommend.

I came here in November 2023 I paid $300 to get my hair dyed red, they fried my hair with bleach twice because they couldn’t get the color right the first time so they double bleached and dyed the same day. And they charged me an extra $50 for the color mistake they did and made me pay for the extra time to fix it. I cried in the salon chair telling them the color was wrong and it was fried and they kept going with it. 2 months later my hair is falling and breaking off from the chemicals used on my hair. This is the first time this happened to me and I’ve been getting my hair professionally done my entire life. I have bald spots and my hair is uneven from thinning and falling out. I also had to pay them for their “overtime” out of my pocket. I cried so much, my hair is so thin it can’t even hold clip in extensions, now I have to cut it short and feel more insecure about myself. I’m sorry I don’t recommend this salon, and there is better in Windsor who can get the color right the first time without post damage after a while of getting it done. I cry so much I feel like my womanhood is gone because my hair is destroyed. It will take years to grow out and get healthy again like it used to be.

Broken chairs, hair dye applied on my face. No knowledge about hair and styling. Looks like old women are given job here because they are sitting free at home. Spoiling others looks. I would rather look bad than chose this place for make over. Price also cash different and card different. They dont write down what service is needed while taking appointment and then add charges saying you said some other service so they gave other price. Never going to this place and suggest no one goes here if you like your looks already! Very bad experience
