This is the first time in a while that the food and drinks were actually perfect. I hope it continues. Sonic has been a favorite for many years. But this location has started to go downhill in the last few years. I hope the improvements continue.

The speaker boxes weren't working so we had a guy come out to take our order on his phone. You could see he didn't take majority of we asked for. A burger we ordered was suppose to have all veggies and bacon, also asked for a second patty he didn't write it down. Recieved buns, cheese, and 1 patty. Ordered mozzarella sticks, didn't write that down. Both slushes we ordered were wrong. Called there to let them know about it. Of course whomever hung up. Just sad, definitely won't eat there again

So frustrated. I got an oreo sonic blast and while eating it on the way home I almost choked on a piece of plastic. I went back right away and asked for a manager. The speaker boxes are so hard to hear through but they seemed snappy about what I wanted. Someone came out and asked what happened and I explained and told them I just want a refund and asked him to throw the ice cream away. I waited 15 minutes and no one came back out. So I left. I had kids in the car getting upset and didn't have the time to wait.

I would give it a -0 if I could. Worse service ever, waiting over 30 minutes while people after us was served. When inquiring, a rude person said it should be out shortly. It is ridiculous

Finally received the order after I complained, Justin - you do not need to be in customer service and you are the rudest individual.

I waited several minutes just to order, no one responded to intercom. Several other cars drove away after also waiting. I actually got out of my car and noticed no employees inside. Whoever was on the clock today 8/17/24 at 245 pm needs be be fired because they were not at work. Close the business per all the bad reviews!

I love sonic and used to never have a problem with this location. I moved away for a little over a year and came back in March. About 2 months ago I mobile ordered the chicken toster (same in picture) checked in a stall and waited over 45 minutes. Finally pushed the button to which got told they didn't have any chicken and that I would be reimbursed (never happened). Today I come back order the same thing on the mobile app with extra mayo. Well if I wanted a soggy chicken strip sandwich I would have went to whataburger. I would stay away from this sonic in my opinion.

Ordered a cookie dough blast medium, and a chili cheese tot medium. Service is bad, waited at least 10 minutes. The por potions on the tots are small, and don’t even look like a medium. Do not waste your money on Sonics. Id rather go to Chick-fila good service and good amount of food.

The food is always good, but they always seem under staft and out of the minimal staff they have working.It's like only one person is working while the others are like whatever.
