I had a wonderful experience with Erica! She’s incredibly professional and patient, and her English communication skills are excellent. Even though I came in for just a blow-dry, she took the time to curl my hair very carefully, and the results were amazing. It’s the best wavy style I’ve ever had—natural yet so pretty. Highly recommend Erica for anyone looking for a great hairstyling experience in Tokyo!?

I got my haircut done by Shinobu san.
After a long search for a neat and professional specialist, I came to this salon, and honestly, I was very nervous because I had some unpleasant experiences at different places before. I used to dislike my haircut, and it was also very painful for some reason. However, in St.New York salon I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all!
Shinobu-san is very gentle and precise! From washing my hair to styling - everything was flawless and very delicate!
I asked her to add some layers to my hair, and she did an amazing job.
Next time I’ll definitely come back here without any fear or worries. Thank you, Shinobu san! ?

I was looking looking for an english-friendly hairdresser, in Tokyo. Online advice pointed me to ST New York. I decided to take a 30min trip from Shinjuku.

It did not disappoint, as the reviews suggest - the service is immaculate. I was taken care by Shinobu. We went through potential hairstyles and I got my hair cut just the way I like. The ritual from the initial assessment, to first wash, cut, second wash and styling was relaxing and comforting.

If you are looking for a "just like back home" experience - I would highly recommend ST New York.

Also worth noting when it comes to pricing, it is straight up a bargain compared to UK for similar quality and care you get.
