Um, so I’ve been coming to Stillwater ever since it opened!!! I can’t say enough good things about Stillwater Skin Centre & MedSpa. From the amazing Sarah and Carlie, to the wonderful Sophie, Breah, Grace, and Veronica. I’ve had treatments done by them all, and they are all exceptional. I’m in every 4 weeks for a manicure with Sophie, every 8 weeks for a pedicure with Sophie, and on occasion, I’ll do a facial. The facials are so relaxing. Add on the head massage, DEFINITELY worth it! A bonus that I’m not sure is still going on was that every other Tuesday at 8pm, Sarah was logging in and doing a virtual presentation on products. There were giveaways, and so much knowledge shared during those sessions. All in all, 100% recommend. ❤️

I recently had a facial and I can honestly say it was one of the best skincare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and inviting. The staff was warm, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease.

My esthetician, Veronica, took the time to assess my skin’s needs and explained each step of the process.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves and seriously improve their skin. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great experience at Stillwater. Had my facial with Veronica and she is the best. She did a consultation on me and we went over what my ideal results would be as well as my problem areas. The facial was so relaxing I fell asleep & was snoring. 11/10 review for Veronica and her magic hands. Carlie is so kind and helpful as well. Veronica recommended some skincare for me to purchase and take home to target my problem areas. I can't wait for my next facial. Love this place, would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I had my first skin analysis consultation with Sarah two weeks ago, followed by a custom facial—and it was truly an experience I can’t recommend enough.

I initially visited Stillwater with the intention of better understanding my skin and possibly incorporating regular facials into my routine. From the moment I booked my appointment with Carlie via email, I could tell this team genuinely cares about their guests. Her warmth and hospitality came through even in our online exchanges, and meeting her in person only reaffirmed that feeling.

Sarah is not only highly educated and experienced, but also incredibly passionate about what she does. From our very first conversation, it was clear that her primary goal is to educate and empower others with her wealth of skincare knowledge.

While Stillwater embraces a “speak when spoken to” approach to ensure guests can fully unwind, I found Sarah's company so enjoyable that we ended up chatting the entire time—which felt refreshing and effortless. At the end of the appointment she was concerned I hadn’t fully relaxed, but I when I went home I fell into an hour-long nap—something I haven't done in years.

I’m so grateful to have found Stillwater and am excited to continue visiting them regularly.

Please don’t become a victim like me. I’m sharing my experience so others can avoid the same mistake.

It has been six years since I started getting Botox treatments — always with care, and in another clinic, in a different province. I never had any fine lines or wrinkles before visiting this particular clinic. But everything changed after just one appointment.

I went to a clinic where a woman named Dr. Tietze treated me — though I honestly doubt if she’s a real doctor. She charged me $520 for Botox, and just one week after the injections, I developed two deep frown lines on my forehead! One of my eyebrows is now noticeably higher than the other, and the bunny lines I specifically wanted treated were completely ignored — absolutely no improvement.

It’s clear to me this clinic only cares about money. No one followed up about my results, and when I returned to express my concerns, they told me “it is what it is.” The injector didn’t use a lead cap on the syringe and brought it in from another room — completely unprofessional and unsafe behavior.

The waiting room might look beautiful, but don’t be fooled. The results were not only disappointing — they’ve been getting worse every day, even after more than 3 weeks since the injections. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with any cosmetic clinic in my life.

Please, do not trust this place. Protect your health, your face, and your money.
