My daughter had a free trial for a class at the end of August through class4kids and a subscription was started for a monthly payment. Through September she decided she didn’t want to go back and I phoned/ emailed take a bow to cancel any further payments. Another payment was taken from my card for the month of October. I asked why it had been taken and to get a refund, I was told that the October payment was for the September classes but I had already paid for them at the start of September. I emailed several more times about a refund, to which most were ignored or I was told Martin had to issue the refund. I had to open a dispute with my bank for a refund, I asked again if they had cancelled any future payments with no reply, I have had to contact my bank again to block my old card as take a bow don’t use a recurring payment system and have set it up to be a one off payment making it difficult for the bank to cancel it. Very unprofessional, they were quick to take payments and getting me to sign up to a subscription before my daughter had even had the trial class but were not interested in correcting their mistake.

Plenty of parking. Went for Christmas lunch and a show. It was marvellous. Staff very friendly and the kids sang beautifully.
10 tables with about 14 people on each. 4 course meal which was plentiful and tasty. Kids became 'servants'. A great time had by all.
Heard they also do a Thursday lunch, might try that in the new year.
Well done everyone involved.

The hall and event were well worth the money, BUT one of the women running the bar/entrance area was really rude. Some of the adults sat in this area. There were no signs to say otherwise. After 30 minutes, she demanded rudely that the adults should move and shouldn't be sitting there. There were no signs or guidance to tell people this. She then commented that people had been eating before they should have ? and finally said there wasn't enough food. There was food left over when we cleaned up, but it is NOT this person position to tell people what they should have for eating. Would definitely not recommend Take A Bow if this is the way people are treated, especially in front of children.

Nice facilities but staff are not to friendly or helpful. Recently went for a kids party, and the staff turned off the bouncy castle while kids were still in it! Also quite insensitive to ASN kids.

Know this building very well. Ramp or stairs to front of building. Toilets on main level. Doors wide enough to get through for prams/wheelchairs. Various sizes of rooms over 2 levels for dance/theatre classes, meetings etc for hire

Great place but only one disability car parking space. Postcode brings you to back carpark. Handwashing dispenser at the entrance is very sharing, enough for several people everytime, need a towel after, but good hygiene levels. Very friendly staff

Basic hall for basic users. Good for weddings or any types of functions. You need to order your on bar if alcohol is to be consumed
