The Retreat is amazing! I went for a prenatal massage and my masseuse Shay made sure I was comfortable the entire time and definitely addressed the discomfort I was having. Overall an amazing experience and definitely recommend to anyone new to massages!

I had a massage from Shay today and it was great. I talk a lot for work, so I just needed some quiet time during my session, and I got it. Shay made me feel so comfortable. She has a heavy hand (which I LOVE) I have a really tight traps, and I already feel better. Also, the receptionist was super friendly. Thanks Shay and others at The Retreat!

Wonderful experience at The Retreat using a gift certificate for a belated birthday treat. Lovely atmosphere and ambiance, didn't feel rushed at all and the sauna was lovely. Carly did a great job with my massage focusing on problem areas. Thanks I'll definitely be back!

Let me just say that Shay is the absolute best masseuse! I'm so grateful for her as she has taken excellent care of me during my healing process. I've been connected to The Retreat now for about 3 years...this is my go to place for relaxation. LOVE ❤️

While the venue is petite the service the is absolutely fantastic and the experience is great. My masseuse, Carrie, was one of the best I have had regarding listening to injuries and requests and then technique. They also have private dry saunas which was great before my service. Anytime I visit Baton Rouge I will definitely book service.

Before and after of my lash lift and tint. Would recommend for girls with blonde eyelashes that want that don’t like wearing mascara every day. It gives the appearance of a curled eyelash with a light coat of mascara even though you’re not wearing any mascara. Or for girls who want to take time off their mascara routine, since your eyelashes will already be black and curled. If you’re like me and prefer a less natural look, be sure to ask for the blue black tint. Their customer service is also great. It wasn’t 5 minutes after I initially wasn’t happy with the first color application that someone had already reached out to me and invited me to come back and have my critiques handled. They did not have to be so nice to me considering I initially was being very karen like. I respect a business that cares about my satisfaction. I would get this done again! Can’t wait to try other services they offer

Every visit here has always been pleasant. The quality of massages are great for the price you pay. Tables are warm and the sheets are soft. Sauna is really nice. I like that they don’t put others in there with you. The ability to shower after is also a plus, and the shower always appears clean. Shoe sizes are pretty limited, or bigger sizes (8-11 usually).
