I worked with Tracey of TRAY'ELLE initially for the purchase of clip-in hair extensions, which ultimately tied into her looking after my bridal hairstyle for my wedding on October 8, 2022.

Our initial meeting was for my hair extension consultation, and right away Tracey had a great energy, friendly demeanor and had extensive knowledge about her hair extensions. She was able to help me find a colour match quickly and when discussing my overall goals for their use (i.e. as a braided bridal hairstyle) she offered awesome advice as to the length and volume that would be ideal. Purchase experience was smooth and easy!

At my bridal trial appointment Tracey was a wonderful facilitator in bringing my vision to life! Again, her energy was so positive and contagious, she really put me at ease and made the appointment a fun journey together.

Fast forward to the morning of my wedding, and I was over the moon thrilled with the style Tracey did for me! In addition to her beautiful work, she had such a great way of keeping my anxiety at bay (which was definitely at an all time high that morning). It was like I carried it with me all day. She also did some amazing work with my bridesmaids and mother (one low braided bun and two curled, flowing looks) and all styles stayed in place for the duration of the day through windy conditions and hours of dancing!

I would also like to send a shoutout to the team I was dealing with at TRAY'ELLE over the last almost 1.5 years since first booking! Communication was quick and open and I always felt listened to, taken care of and valued!

Tracey did an amazing job with my extensions, I have fairly short hair and she was able to blend them beautifully to give me the length I wanted. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the result and is just overall such a nice person. Love the new hair, Thanks Tray!!!

Cannot rave enough about this girl and her amazing work!!! She is the absolute best at what she does. I would never trust anyone else to do my extensions or styling. She was one of the first people I contacted when planning my wedding because I had to make sure Tracey did my hair on my big day!! If you’re thinking about booking an appointment, here is your sign! FIVE stars!!! Hand tied wefts

I had previously had hand tied wefts put in my hair in a salon in Arizona.
Needed someone in Windsor to maintain and bump them up. Had gone to another salon in Windsor to have them bumped up unfortunately they did not have enough experience and they kept coming undone and slipping.

Trayelle hair salon did an amazing job bumping up the wefts, I have had no issue with slipping. She does an amazing job - only place I will go to for extensions/ and maintenance.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tracey for an extension consultation and I am so happy I did. Any questions or concerns I had, she listened and was able to address them accordingly. Tracey was able to match my natural hair colour to a set of extensions perfectly. Coincidentally, she had exactly what I needed in stock and was graciously willing to install them that exact same day! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt very welcomed and pampered; I enjoyed the entire process! Tracey is attentive to details, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable with regards to sharing tips on extension maintenance/appropriate after-care, products to use, and styling advice. I am very happy with the final results and would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I had the pleasure of visiting Tracey's salon last week for my first appointment. The service I received was for Hand-Tied Hair Extensions. I'm extremely satisfied with her services and the quality of the hair. The extensions left my hair with a smooth feel and the hair is so light as if I'm not even wearing extensions. By far these are my favourite extensions! Beyond the extensions, Tracey was such a welcoming person to be around. It felt more like my 5th appointment than my first. I highly recommend Tracey!
