I am across your review and left messages on your phone and I think one or two emails. I would like to attend classes so I can get an unarmed security officer d license classes done. Do anyone answer there phone anymore? This week I was trying to attend ? classes but no one has called me back yet. Please let me know how I can get a human on the phone and not an answering machine.

The course is in Clearwater so that alone is worth not having to drive to Tampa. The instructors were fantastic. They did the best they could to make it exciting. Provided many breaks for restrooms and food etc. The classroom setting was very comfortable. The Class room material was from 2019 so it was up to date. Jay and Lee are great guys and very funny. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for the class D license. They are expanding and will soon provide other classes. So keep your eyes on them. Thanks again guys. Steve M.

Excellent teaching platform. He is more immersed with his students than most other Class D training courses. The instructor Jay, explained in great detail everything I wanted to know or needed to know. Between Jay and Lee they have over 50 years of experience and knowledge to pass down to people who are willing to learn. The one thing I will say I thought was different, was the way he explained certain situations he was involved in. He explained what had happened and what the outcomes were, so in case in the future we may have to deal with situations like that, we would know how to handle it or a general idea of how to. I would highly recommend this training institute. 10/10

Lee and Jay are fantastic teachers! They obviously care about the students, and want each to succeed! Their almost 50 years of combined experience and skills make them a wealth of helpful information. I will recommend Trident to everyone, and plan to come back in the future to further my security career.

This course was awesome?.
I learned alot and got proper training. The instructor of the D License course Mr.Lee was very professional also very
knowledgeable on all subjects and have had real world experience in multiple areas of Security & Law enforcement. I highly recommend this comfortable training facility to anyone considering a career in security. I came from NYC to take this course and don't regret my choice of training with Trident. I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying my time with classmates and instructor.
