The staff was nice but despite the fancy facade, the place was very run down for the cost. The pedicure chairs were broken, the leather was all cracked, my chair didn’t operate and the remote was hanging by the exposed wires. The “clean” towels they used were heavily stained and dingy. The pedicure massage was 60 seconds per leg, with the rest being rest time; they also used just paper towels to remove excess lotion. The staff did offer beverages several times and were polite. The pedicure itself was adequate. Overall, would not return. Expensive for the atmosphere and the quality of services.

Such a great experience! Recently moved to brickell area and came for acrylic refill and Carolina did a great job. Really took the time to make sure everything was to my liking and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

On my 4th week with the same set now and they’re still holding up great. Will be going back soon for my next set ?

Visiting Miami for 2 weeks and was in desperate need of a nail tech and after a failed walk-in at a different salon I was glad that Juan answered and was able to get me in with Nicole !! I love my nails! She was patient and allowed me to ask as many questions and give as much direction as I wanted to … it was an overall great experience!! VERY Clean Salon great customer service..

I had a wonderful experience at Trini spa! Went for a pedi & gel X extensions, both techs did a great job especially with cleaning nails. Olga did an amazing job on my manicure, they look beautiful!
