It was the worst experience I've ever had. The haircut was nothing like the picture I showed her. She did a very poor job, and I’m extremely disappointed. I will never go back.

My daughter was so happy with her haircut and curtain bangs. Great Hair wash and blow out for wavy hair. Impressive!

The owner is very rude and aggressive! She should not be in this line of business. She screamed at a customer, a young girl, in front of me and kicked her out, saying she does not remember the services they scheduled the appointment for. Definitely do not recommend her. She basically ripped the towel and gown and pulled her hair while doing so. Absolutely absurd. If I could give 0 stars I would. Her services are not even that great for the amount of attitude she has.

Very very good price I dont mean good prices other poeple say from 20 or 25. Much better prices at least for men. Valantina is very friendly, tries to remember her customers. I really like her, she's really friendly, patient, understanding, tries to engage bit of conversation.

Love going to Valentina’s. She is such a caring person. Quick to cut my hair (I, personally dislike the full day salon treatment and prefer to be in and out in under an hour). Valentina does fantastic work at an amazing price. I trust her so much that I ditched my decade old ponytail for a chin length more professional cut. Feels great! CASH ONLY.

I have been seeing Val for many years .Her business is one of the best in Windsor and the reason for that is her talent and heart. Val even was kind enough to take care of my parents when they were in their 90’s and I cannot begin to tell you how much that meant to me. She has cut , high lighted and styled my hair for over 20 years and she has proven herself over and over..She has even been taking care of my hair while going through chemo..There is no higher recommendation I can give for a salon.

A wonderful experience getting a new style and cut. Valentina took her time to give me a cut I love and even told me that I could come back in the next week if I wanted any changes as she wanted me to be completely happy. That level of customer service is hard to find anymore. I will be returning there for next cut!!

Went today for a Cut and color. Valantina did a wonderful job with my color and she layers my hair in a way to create great volume and it is a challenge as I have fine thin hair but she does an amazing job. Many Thanks. I recommend this Salon as they do professional hair salon creations and a good value for the money. Laura
