1st visit today. Firstly I was happy to find the treatment room was ground floor as I’m not great with stairs! Alison is very friendly & professional & I felt instantly at ease. After discussing my issues (knee & lower back mostly) muscle testing was carried out to identify the weak areas in my body. Not scary! Massage (which is done over clothing) followed which was relaxing & I could definitely feel it but in a good way. Muscle testing was then done again & there had already been some improvement. Returning next week for another session as recommended. A pleasant & positive experience & looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks!

I have been seeing Alison for severe shoulder pain that I had for nearly a year before seeing her. The pain is hardly noticeable now and I am able to do all tasks that previously I was unable to do. My quality of life has improved immeasurably. Alison is kind, approachable and passionate about her work. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Alison.

I have suffered from bloating for a long period of time and never been able to get to the bottom of this issue. I reached out to Alison for advice and to see if there was a way forward. She was able to discuss options before my first appointment so I had an understanding, upon my first appointment we discussed my health and any previous issues before beginning. I was made to feel very at ease and throughout my treatment Alison explained in detail what the benefit of each movement was and why. This gave me a lot of reassurance and I left feeling so much better about myself and my bloating. I was offered other services that in the future would be beneficial and I plan to book in for them. I could not recommend Alison enough and feel a big difference from booking in!

I’m a professional footballer who struggled with back aches and pains before going to see Alison. She made me feel very comfortable and relieved all the pain in my back whilst explaining to me what was actually causing the pain meaning I could prevent any future injuries and I have felt much stronger and had a lot better range of movement since.

I had been suffering from IBS issues for many years and was taking over the counter medications which had no effect. Alison was able to identify the issues and gave me an in depth explanation of treatment. She fixed my problems after a few treatments and I still get treatments to keep any problems at bay. I always feel so much better and energised after my treatments and could not recommend enough!!
