Went to go get a few groceries and needed an item that was locked up in electronics. I asked several people could they get some to come unlock the item I wanted to buy. I was waiting 30 minutes. I even asked a mgr. He said he was going to find someone & never returned. I finally asked a lady in clothing she had someone page someone to electronics for the second time. Finally a girl came to unlock my item. This is very unprofessional. If I didn't really want the item I would have just left. I will never get anything else from electronics @ this location.

Expect below minimum effort from the customer service here. My standards were already pretty low going into it. Was looking for something to store
Had but nobody could find it. There were 8. After being told they “don’t sell it” that wasn’t the case once we looked it it further.
After half an hr of waiting , I decided to take matters into my own hand since costumer service “just gave up”
Talked to “Tim” who assured me it was there and they were bringing it up front as we speak. Sat and waited another 30 min , nobody knows anything . Forgot about it I guess. Very poor customer service and communication. They don’t give a rip about customers even the ones who have kids.

Was in search of inexpensive tire's while I didn't get the one's I had tried to order online because of outage this store had some that fit my car. The tires were a little higher than online but I could get them that day. Service people were all very nice. Went shopping while I was waiting, must be a popular store because they were out of a couple of things I was going to get.

Took a 2020 car to get an oil change. The supervisor admitted they spilled some oil but lied and said they cleaned it up. They spilled a lot of oil and left it on my engine then got mad at me for saying something. Walmart quality sucks and so does the customer serive. No refund no sorry nothing.

At the self checkout, the Walmart employee in the wheelchair moved my basket without asking or saying excuse me. Total disrespect! Then on my way out of the store, the “greeter” stopped me to see my receipt and verify my items. Many people were leaving the store at the same time that I was, but I was the only black person. Total racial profiling. At least TRY to hide it. I called back to speak with the manager, Timothy. I was left on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Timothy was too busy for this customer. I’ve had many bad, racially fueled experiences in Lubbock, but never at this store. Sad.
I would give 0 stars but Google insists on giving what’s not deserved. A “participation” star.

I appreciate the availability of merchandise when I shop at the Walmart Supercenter at 11415 Quaker. I have visited several locations for Walmart and have not been able to find what I need.

The employee's are always helpful and give service with a smile.

The store is clean and organized.

The bathrooms are always clean and available.

I've always encountered very staff. I use the Walmart app to help me find what I'm looking for. I have no doubt the store changes their layout every time I go there. Use the App.

They need to take down the “ Wall of honor” because it’s nothing but STOLEN VALOR!! I’ve asked the manager several times to remove the FAKE Veterans off the wall and he didn’t! There are plenty of REAL Veterans around town you can use,no reason to use FAKE Veterans with chewed up uniforms!!
