I took my special needs daughter to this salon, and I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. I informed the stylist about her condition and specifically requested a permanent blue dye, as she had it before. The stylist assured us he could do it and even showed us pictures, which made my daughter very happy. However, he used a semi-permanent dye instead. The next day, my daughter's hands, neck, face, bed, and pillow were stained blue. When I contacted the stylist to ask about the dye, he admitted it was semi-permanent and offered numerous excuses. He showed no concern for my daughter's situation and refused to help fix the issue. Despite paying a substantial amount of money, he suggested that I wash her hair every 2-3 days to remove the blue and then come back for another treatment. This was not a solution for us. My daughter's hair now has four different colors, and while it looked nice in the pictures he took, it is a mess underneath. I would never recommend this place to anyone. While they might be good at haircuts (her haircut was fine), their coloring service was terrible, and the lack of customer care was unacceptable.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 3 years and I’ve always loved the service and the way I feel knowing my haircut will always be phenomenal! This time was definitely the BEST one I’ve had! I decided to switch things up a bit and challenge my guy, Chris, on a slightly new design for my hair and it just came out PERFECT! I always put this place on a pedestal :)

I came in for a hair cut and just knew I wanted a change. I was lucky enough to get my hair done with Chris and he was incredible. He was honest and knowledgeable and really took care of my hair. I left transformed into another person. I am so happy with the results and I feel incredible! Will definitely keep going back!

I went to the salon today for the first time and the service was excellent. I did highlights and hair cut with Daniel. My hair looked incredible! He is an excellent professional. He patiently explained the entire process to me .I was in love with the end result.

Depois de quase 3 anos sem pintar o cabelo devido a não encontrar um profissional de confiança, conheci o Chris e confiei nele para transformar as minhas madeixas! Muito mais do que entregar um trabalho incrível e impecável, o Chris me ouviu, entendeu e respeitou o meu desejo de “mudar”, porém de uma forma elegante e discreta! E o resultado foi esse! Ammmei e mega recomendo esse profissional!
