I'm a gent with long hair and hair plugs - it requires very specific care to keep my noggin (and hair) safe. They were so understanding and welcoming to this new-to-town fellow, and at a great price! Another ponytail has been donated and I'll keep going back.

Brought my little girl to do one single highlight. Roots had gown about 1 inch. She has dark brown hair and the existing highlight was blonde. Hairdresser refused to lift the color on the roots to match the rest of the hair on the highlight before highlighting it dark red. Lied and said it would fade the same. Its only been 3 days and the roots on this highlight are already a lot darker than the rest of the highlight. There was no point in doing it at all. Applied hair color on my little girl's scalp. When asked to wipe along her scalp was rude said no and walked away. I wanted to make this a good experience for my little girl so I sat quietly in horror. I didn't think you could screw up darkening my color to dark brown but hairdresser managed to leave it patchy. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.
Thank you so much for your reply, it is truly appreciated. There was a combination of events that didn't go well for us. My daughter was unfortunately getting sick and I didn't know. Under other circumstances I would bring my daughter there to show you the color how it looks now. But she has been very sick and I am not able to bring her in. Thank you so much for offering to correct the color. On the upside, the salon was very clean. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My daughter really liked the Christmas decorations and our hairdresser. The hairdresser was very friendly and professional as well. The little girl had a great experience if it wasn't for feeling unwell.

Had exceptional service from Luci this afternoon! She did an amazing job and had a great personality. Explained things and answered my questions very professionally while still keeping things laid back and fun.

I am growing out my shaved head and was at a loss on how to keep a style but still get length. She suggested a couple things and I eventually just said okay, just go nuts! She had full control and I am so happy with the results. I can’t wait to go back when I’ve got some more length and see what else she can come up with!

The vibe of the entire salon was very welcoming. It was very busy and everyone seemed like family. It was not pretentious or somewhere you may feel out of place.

I had never been here before today, but I am definitely rebooking with Luci in the future!

I found We've Got the Look when a friend referred me to Helen. I have thin hair and Helen is great at working with me to give me a cut that suits my hair type. Besides being impressed with Helen, the salon overall is clean and comfortable. I will continue to be a happy customer. I Recommend We've got the Look.

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law have been going to Sil for many years!! I finally made an appointment with her a little over a year ago and I could not be happier with the results. Not only is she an amazing stylist and colour expert but her professionalism and friendly personality makes it a joy to come into the salon. I had my hair and eyebrows done by Trinidi. She was super friendly and made sure I was happy with my experience and my appearance. Which I was 100% happy. My hair looked so beautiful and getting my eyebrows done didn't hurt at all. I have definitely been struggling with going and getting my hair done, but she made me feel safe and comfortable going to her during COVID. I would go again and I'm definitely going to tell my friends about her and this place. Absolutely amazing place.

I've been looking for a hairstylist since I moved to Windsor , after visiting many websites I chose to try this Hair studio. Helen was the one who took care of me, I showed her 2 pics and she amazingly replicated the hair cut that I use to get in Montreal. Such a relief. Good Staff, humanly prices. I highly recommend. For many years I have frequented We've Got The Look for hair cuts, from flat tops to faux hawks, fades to trims I've pretty much had it all. (Best fades in Windsor by far.) From entering the door, being greeted or simply acknowledged, to paying the bill and leaving, I've always felt welcomed and comfortable. Very clean, organized, professional business with a group of skilled, talented stylists, true artists in their profession. Thank you for always making me feel like I'm part of a family when I come in and giving me a reason to return to my next appointment.
